Mr. Ace and the Rainbow Bridge follows a rescue dog named Mr. Ace, who waited his whole life to be adopted. His foster parents decided to adopt him, but unfortunately, Mr. Ace's adoption day was also his last day.

Mr. Ace journeys to the legendary Rainbow Bridge where he meets new friends and watches over his owners as they live out the rest of their lives. As he watches, Mr. Aces often wonders: will they remember me?
