3 Pounds of Pressure is a testament of life in the inner-city of Boston centered around Shyhiem "Scar" Carter, who at 11 years old knew that it only took three pounds of pressure to pull a trigger, by the time he was 12 years old he was the first juvenile to be arrested and charged under a new law aimed at violent juveniles in the state of Massachusetts.

The nature of his charge made politicians and family members scramble to bring awareness how black on black violence is used as a tool to seperate families.
