365 Days of Compassion is a cathartic day-to-day of one woman's journey through the illness and death of her mother and getting through the grief that followed. Daily writing helped her wipe the sand off the messages that were bottled up and express the thoughts that arose with every gentle tide and crashing wave of emotion, throughout a challenging year.
