When we face a hard moment, we think about what coping tools we need to practice to get through this moment. We normalize that growing up and learning is full of challenges and mistakes and that can lead to hard, messy, and beautiful moments. Together, Henry and I have come up with these Hank and Frank books to share some of our learning to help you move through the hard, messy, and challenging times in a more effective and healthy way.
