Jake and Jack Davidson. Two sides of the same coin - different, but inseparable, as most twins are. Young and full of hope, they live their lives as most teenagers do; worrying about school, sports and their love life.

But those worries turn from frivolous to serious when Jake receives some terrible news, changing their lives forever, and Jack must find a way to adapt to a new reality that he cannot possibly face alone.
