It was in the Federal Hill section of Baltimore that Bianca Jones met and defeated her first monster. Now she must return to the Hill to do battle with her final one. In this third collection of her adventures, Bianca and the BPD's Extranormal Investigative Unit, aka the Freak Show, have a new headquarters and a fresh set of problems.
