This book chronicles my own struggles with suicidal feelings throughout my life, beginning with my traumatic childhood all the way up to today. It outlines triggers that have made me feel hopeless and overwhelmed, and it gives light, wisdom, and encouragement through scripture to help anyone who is struggling, in order to empower us to:
1. identify our enemy
2. come to lovingly know God as our Best Friend and His Word, which always causes us to triumph
3. use a set of simple steps to keep growing and moving forward even during the times it seems too difficult.
