description
1Patti is a busy Senior Probation Officer working in Camden, London, with a teenager off to university the following year. Charmaine is a stressed out mum of twin toddlers and Rose is a Pastor's wife with five daughters. Life gets complicated when they meet the three Morgan brothers, Manley, Marcus and reggae star Junior, who are from a close knit Jamaican family. Loving The Brothers is set in gritty London and sun-kissed Jamaica. The women meet and plan their next move to escape their abusive relationships.

What Readers Are Saying:

I could not put this book down read it in 2 days. I felt that I was on a journey with all the characters in the book and at times I could actually believe I was there in Jamaica. Can't wait for book 2

Highlighting domestic abuse something which is more prevalent than we sometimes realise. Congratulations to the author for bringing this to the forefront of our consciousness.

At last, a book I thoroughly enjoyed and found it very difficult to stop reading. The author took me on a beautiful journey with characters I could identify with. There were many times I was caught laughing out loud in various places and I was happy telling others about what I was reading as it felt like it was about people and places I knew. I just hope the author writes another book so I can enjoy yet another adventure of pure joy!

Where do I start........ I could not put the book down, I didn't want it to end...... Very easy read and relatable. During my life I have met all of the characters in the book. Good and bad!! The laughs and tears, the joy and pain, the hurt and upsets, experiences that many will have faced. This book touches on issues that many wouldn't, couldn't talk about. I hope that this book inspires those that are doing/going through situations to talk about them. A book for both men and women. It was nice to see no gender or relationship bashing but the real life situations of each of the women. This book is not just for the old/young, in a relationship or not. It's for everyone! There is a lesson and teaching for all.

Well done Pamela R Haynes it was a pleasure to read.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, interesting characters, extremely relatable from a black perspective. This is much much more than a very very entertaining novel. Can't wait to see this story on screen!!!!
