Dinnidek, the young leader of the remnants of Clan Daamuz, fed up with the lies of Golloch's court, hatches a plan to bring his people out of exile and retake their clan hold. With the help of his sister Diessa (the clan Stone Priest), his brother Daerun, and the other clan thanes, Dinnidek will lead his people across the High Sea of Bari, back to a land filled with nightmares.
