Tasked with recovering a dangerous item from a suspicious cargo ship bound for Boston Harbor, Coast Guard Commander Brice Bannon and his colleague CWO Skyjack McMurphy get more than they bargained for when they board the vessel along with a highly trained Maritime Security Response Team and discover what the item actually is.
