Nariyuki Yuiga comes from an impoverished family, so he's eager to secure a full scholarship to college before he graduates high school. His principal agrees, with one stipulation--he must tutor three of the most talented girls at school and make sure they get into their target colleges!

A few years after graduation, Nariyuki is now a full-fledged teacher about to begin his new job on a remote island. As luck would have it, it's the very same island where Asumi is now training to be a doctor! Is this coincidence or destiny?
