Ten years have passed since DIO was defeated by Jotaro Kujo, but his presence lingers among his former followers, including gunslinger Hol Horse. When Hol Horse accepts a request from an elderly woman to find her lost parrot--trained by the owner of the falcon Pet Shop--he finds himself trekking haflway across the globe to the Japanese city of Morioh.

Hol Horse is entrusted with finding a missing parrot and takes Boingo to Morioh. In the unfamiliar town, Hol Horse is haunted by a sudden vision of DIO and nearly struck by a car barreling down the street, but is saved from danger by another Stand user--a young man with a pompadour and a school uniform...
