4Going within is a life changing tool and one of the necessary components needed to heal the emotional traumas that are affecting our everyday lives. Going within is equivalent to taking a flashlight and shining a light on those dark hidden shadow aspects of ourselves that we mask and try to hide from everyone including ourselves. It is important to examine these aspects of ourselves in order to heal our traumas and obtain emotional freedom from them. Are you ready to snatch your mask off and begin to heal your traumas? In this book, I have shared pieces of my healing journey, and the traumas that I have experienced that forced me to learn how to go within and clean up some emotional and spiritual baggage in order to obtain balance in my life and discover who I truly am.
