The book of the Psalms often presents a contrast between the righteous and the wicked, with each of its psalms providing ample reason as to why one ought to choose life over death, the Lord over self. The wicked thinks that his way is the right way, but it is not, in fact "its end is the way to death" (Prov. 14:12). The book of the Psalms makes that abundantly clear, but it also instructs the reader toward the one and only way that is truly right, the way of the Lord.
Altogether, this collection of sermons, which are here published as they were originally given, serves to instruct the reader to consider the way of the Lord, the exclusivity of Christ, and the hope that He offers to a broken and fallen world. As the sermons were originally written in English and later delivered in Spanish, both the English and Spanish transcripts have been included in this collection.
