Hot pants are, like we all know, shorts but even better said, extremely short shorts. It was originally worn in the 30s for sport and became a modern accessory with the mini dress in the 70s. Unfortunately, the company has since been removed from the public eye, only on hot summer days can one see the girls in these short pieces of clothing.
