Throughout the book, we see different essential aspects that a runner should keep in mind: your core (the center of your body), correct posture, the parts of your feet, the pace of a race, or the movement of your joints. There are exercises for strength and endurance. The importance of cross-training, balanced relaxation of body and mind, and flexibility are discussed. In the final chapters, we learn to set goals and plan exercise routes. It includes a section with short opinions by professionals and athletes about different related topics.
