ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

This project by Maria Folguera and Carmen G. de la Cueva brings together fourteen of the best Spanish Women writers in current times.

Ever since we were young girls, we fed on terrifying horror stories about the forest and about the streets. Dangerous neighborhoods, bars at dawn, your boss' closed office door, a stranger's car or their house: in fact, when you think about it, the whole world is a threat with which we negotiate on a daily basis, because we want to continue to live passionately.

Fourteen exceptional Spanish writers erase the boundaries between autofiction and literature with these remarkable stories, beautifully illustrated by Sara Herranz. Each of them opens a path to identify ourselves, to move us, to have us react, and walk without fear through those streets that belong to us.
