I face every day in my head. Bringing awareness to the struggles I go through like anxiety, depression, and overthinking. This book is me expressing the darkest parts of my brain where I'm not able to verbally express to anyone. Finding a safe place to talk about what I go through has always been a hard thing to do because growing up, talking about your mental health was looked down on. I was taught that I must push through, so I never got a chance to understand what I was going through. Not until I picked up a pen and started identifying what was going on with me. I just hope my demons are not too much for y'all.
