Real success isn't just having an abundance; it's having balance. Achieving and maintaining balance is essential to living a fulfilling life. However, sustaining optimal mental health by creating a proper balance in our lives can be challenging. The various obstacles that black boys and men face have greatly impacted our ability to achieve this allusive state of being. Thus impeding our ability to fully become the best versions of ourselves. Being a black man from the inner city, I've had to face many of these obstacles firsthand. Working in the mental health field for nearly two decades has also greatly contributed to my understanding of this challenging pursuit for many in our communities. This therapeutic workbook highlights aspects of life and mental health that most commonly plague black and brown men when entering therapy. I've dedicated a good part of my life to helping others through the process of pursuing healing and creating life balance. I remain passionate about doing my part to bridge the gap between the culture and addressing mental health. Consequently, this workbook is a useful tool for those on their own personal journey to create a better balance
