Through television, books, famous people, social media, etc. For centuries we have been taught what perfection looks like and pressured to achieve it. Though that definition has changed throughout the centuries, we have always; especially as women have been striving to obtain the wrong picture.
Women are known for our multitasking, nurturing and care giver to all. Therefore, we are the biggest targets with this myth of perfection. How is it impacting our lives and our dreams? This book approaches this demythifying scenario through showing how perfection has shaped the world; especially for women. Then to show real life situations that I have learned and moved the needle in achieving the goal and dreams by improving and letting go of perfection. I will also address the classic "perfectionist" characteristic and my blight in discovering through denial that I was one. Therefore, being able to identify how I was able to let go of perfection and grab hold of consistent improvement.
