But when Hana's ghost appears and tells Daisy it wasn't suicide, but murder, Daisy is driven to figure out the real circumstances of Hana's death while still dealing with the grief of losing someone so important to her. She has to follow the cryptic clues left behind by her first love while collecting evidence that Hana didn't kill herself, unraveling a thread Daisy didn't know was winding through her life.

Between Daisy solving the mystery, follow flashes of Hana's life as defined by her love for Daisy and her quest to discover the truth about her father's murder.
