8The main focus of this book is to explain how to buy real estate with the intent of a) selling it on quickly or b) renting it out, after completing any necessary refurbishments. To this end, I concentrate for the most part on residential property, but you will also find a chapter on investing in commercial real estate, and there is some significant crossover.
