It also promotes a healthy team-centric atmosphere and highlights your own humanity, alleviating some of the pressure you feel as a result of being held to unrealistic standards. This in turn, allows your team to openly recognize and welcome their own struggles-improving your team's support system because not only do they know what their weaknesses are, but they can also freely request assistance or advice from a team member better suited in that specific area. My hope for each one of you is that you learn how to shift your focus from being your team's authority, to being your team's main resource and example.
