I began writing poems years ago, but when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, he opened my heart and eyes to write spiritual poems. He blessed and anointed my hands to write poetry that would feed your mind, body, and soul. As I went through sickness, trials, doubts, fear, depression, tests and yes bigger mess, God gave me the words to write to help you and me to see that He is real, He is our Healer, He is our Provider, He is our Protector, He is our Savior! He is God, and his word is aye and Amen! I remember sitting on the pew in my church and as the sermon was being preached, I began to write a poem. As my pastor ended his sermon, I completed my poem. I knew that this was God's way of using this awesome gift that He blessed me with! My love for Him was written in every poem. My pastor and co-pastor's sermons touched my heart and my hands. It has been on my mind, heart, and soul to let people know that God is an awesome God! He loves us! He sent His only son Jesus to die for our sins. He is the God of the impossible! As you read these poems, I pray that they will feed you, save you, open your eyes, touch your heart, and bless you even as you read them! If you are tired of the milk, take a seat!
