About the Author
Noel I. Robin, M.D., M.A.C.P is Chair Emeritus of the Department of Medicine at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut. Additionally, he is a Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Professor of Internal Medicine at Frank M. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. Throughout his career, he has been the recipient of numerous awards including six teaching awards from Columbia University and the Virginia Apgon Award from the Fairfield County Medical Association for "Excellence in Medical Education and Research." Dr. Robin is also an accomplished violinist and pianist.
