She has spent the past couple years studying courage, overcoming shame, overcoming guilt, overcoming hurt, breaking generational curses, and healing the mind, the heart, the body, and the soul. Cherissa is also gaining knowledge on how to heal from past traumas and how to release those traumas, moving on to a healthier way of life.
