A beautiful and lethal Chinese agent on her first spy mission for China's highly covert and elite Third Department, must retrieve a rugged American sailor from sea during a raging Atlantic winter storm.

Her primary mission, aided by the expertise of the American sailor in her charge, will be to set up a chartered fishing service in Jacksonville, Florida, enabling her to track American Naval ships' movements and gather intelligence on the ships' newest weapons systems and deployment schedules.

The naïve American, acting as a disgruntled sailor with a bad attitude, falsely believes he is working undercover to expose a chain of foreign spy rings operating near U.S. Naval bases around the world.

Before they reach land, things turn deadly. The Americans discover that their sailor is aboard a highly sophisticated Chinese surveillance ship and want him back.

As our two heroes flee from one doomed ship to another amidst escalating sea battles, the Chinese spy must choose between her growing love for the American and loyalty to country.

As tension escalates, the plot thickens revealing a deeper threat to America that only they can expose, but to do so will bring the full might and wrath of both the Chinese and American navies crashing down on their heads.
