No matter our age or experience, everything we know up to this point in our lives is, at best, incomplete, or, at its worst, destructive. We must internalize that we will never have all the answers. Acknowledging this, we can open our eyes and hearts to opportunities to become more congruent with our authentic selves. Are we willing to let go of habits and beliefs that hinder our overall health and growth to embrace meaningful practices that bring balance and wholeness to our lives? If so, now is a great time to start.
